Spotted a scam using our name?

Scammers sometimes pretend to be shipping companies. If something feels off, don't pay. Tell us and we'll check it for you.

Warning signs

How to spot a delivery scam.

If you see any of these, stop and check with us before you pay or click anything.

Fake emails

Messages that look like they're from us but come from a different address, like a free email account or a misspelled domain.

Surprise fees

Being told your parcel is held and you must pay a "release", "customs" or "clearance" fee to someone you don't know.

Fake tracking sites

Links to tracking pages that look like ours but sit on a different web address and ask for card details.

Pressure tactics

Calls or WhatsApp messages rushing you to pay today, or saying your parcel will be destroyed if you don't.

Requests for passwords

Anyone asking for your passwords, PINs, one-time codes or full card details.

Parcels you didn't expect

Messages about a "package" or "gift" you never ordered, especially from someone you met online.

Know the real us

Evercrest Cargo will never...

If a message asks you to do any of these, it isn't from us, whatever name or logo it uses.

Email you from any address that doesn't end in @evercrestcargo.online

Ask you to pay with gift cards, cryptocurrency or money transfers to a personal account

Ask for your passwords, PINs or one-time codes

Threaten to destroy your parcel unless you pay right away

Check before you pay

Not sure if it's really us?

  • Check your tracking number on our own Track Parcel page by typing evercrestcargo.online yourself, not by clicking a link in the message
  • Look closely at the sender's email address and the web address of any link
  • Forward the message to info@evercrestcargo.online and ask us
Report it

Tell us what happened.
