How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply to every email as soon as we can, usually within one working day. Quote requests with full details are the quickest for us to answer.
What details do you need for a quote?
What you're sending, roughly how big and heavy it is, where it's being collected from, where it's going and when it needs to arrive. The form on this page asks for all of that.
I already have a shipment. How do I check on it?
Use the Track Parcel page with your tracking number. If something looks wrong, email us with the number and we'll look into it.
